Garden The rear garden, which gets sun all day, is enclosed with a lockable side gate making it suitable for young children, storage of bicycles, surf boards etc. There is a lawn and two slate paved patio areas with BBQ and furniture.

Courtyard The enclosed rear courtyard gets the morning and evening sun. It has a garden picnic table with umbrella. All the photos on this page were taken at 12 noon.
