There are two comfortable bedrooms upstairs. The East Bedroom is shown on the right.
The sunny conservatory is used as a dining room. There is a pine table and chairs for up to 8 people in the Conservatory. A High chair is available on request.

The sitting room is split level with two 3 seater comfy sofas, FreeSat TV, DVD player, HiFi. A selection of board games, playing cards, chess, backgammon, cribbage plus a varied library of books and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Although the cottage is not equipped with a computer, WiFi broadband access is available for guests who have a laptop suitably equipped with a wireless adapter.
There are three comfortable double bedrooms with quality zip and link beds which can be arranged as 3ft twins or 6ft doubles as required. The beds are all 6’6’’ long. Please advise us of your requirements at the time of booking. A cot (size 1200x600) with mattress is available on request. For baby health and safety, please supply your own cot bedding. We also have a stair gate, high chair and a camp bed available on request. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space in pine wardrobes, chests of drawers and bed side cabinets. The Garden Bedroom is shown on the left.
At the other end of the sitting room there is a dining/games table that will seat 4 people.The pine dresser has plenty of wine glasses and tumblers. In the dresser drawers you will find brochures on local places of interest.
The kitchen is equipped with butler's sink, electric cooker with halogen hob and double/fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, hand blender, cafetiere and scales.There are stainless steel pans and Pyrex dishes and bowls. There is also a full range of crockery and kitchen utensils right down to an oyster knife should you be tempted by the local Helford River oysters. There is also a compost caddy for use in conjunction with the compost bin in the rear garden.
